Dear customer friend:
In order to implement the State Council issued the "Guangzhou Nansha to deepen the world-oriented Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao comprehensive cooperation overall plan" spirit, further smooth the domestic and international double circulation, help the international industrial chain supply chain stability, continue to optimize the Guangzhou port business environment, Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. is now launched phased foreign trade enterprises to benefit enterprises measures, as follows:
1. help enterprises container cargo storage and collection and distribution smooth. Guangzhou port Nansha port area heavy box into the port time does not set restrictions, to meet the customer export heavy box at any time node into the port storage needs.
2. extend the free storage period of imported ordinary heavy containers. Since 00: 00 on August 10, foreign trade imported ordinary heavy containers (excluding refrigerated containers, dangerous goods and over-limit containers) entering Nansha port area of Guangzhou port have been extended from 7 days to 10 days.
3. extend the free stocking period of imported refrigerated containers. For foreign trade imported refrigerated containers entering the Nansha port area of Guangzhou port from 0:00 on August 10, an additional one-day free stacking period will be given on top of the existing free stacking period.
4. encourage empty containers to arrive at the port and increase the free stacking of empty containers for foreign trade in the Nansha port area of Guangzhou Port. At 0: 00 on August 10, Guangzhou port Nansha port area of the field of foreign trade empty containers, empty container ownership on the basis of the agreement floating 20%.
5. encourage the whole ship change operation. From 00: 00 on August 10, Guangzhou Port Nansha Port Area will charge 80% of the international transit fee for port operations that meet the requirements of the whole ship reloading operation.
6. encourage overtime boat and temporary boat operation. From 0: 00 on August 10, Guangzhou Port Nansha Port Area to meet the overtime ship, temporary shift ship operation of the heavy box port operation lump sum fee in accordance with the agreement base price of 80%.
7. reduce or waive fees for inland import and export enterprises. From 0:00 on August 10, containers entering and exporting through the sea-rail intermodal transport of Nansha Port South Railway Station will be exempted from Nansha Port South Station ordinary heavy container storage fees.
8. preferential inspection costs for wood and metal goods. From 0: 00 on August 10, Guangzhou port Nansha port wood goods unpacking door inspection, metal goods whole box inspection, according to the public price basis of 80% of the charge.
9. to ensure smooth supply and improve timeliness. For goods with strong timeliness and guaranteed supply, the terminal can provide direct loading and unloading services beside the ship to meet the needs of customers, speed up the circulation of goods and ensure the production and operation of enterprises.
