results also show the strength of the rate hikes in contracts won by large airlines in late 2021 and early 2022. All but two of the top 25 trucking companies posted double-digit revenue growth last year. In 2021, only 14 of the top 25 airlines achieved such strong revenue growth.
revenue growth at 19 of the top 25 trucking companies accelerated last year, averaging 15 percentage points. Ten of the airlines saw growth rates from single digits in 2021 to double digits last year, including Schneider National Airlines, Martin Transportation, Yoda Logistics and Prime.
