03月09日 12:16:29

Modern Merchant Shipping (HMM) was established in 1976 and has now grown into the world's largest multimodal shipping company. It is now the fourth year that HMM has joined the THEA alliance. While strengthening cooperation with other members of the alliance, HMM is also committed to improving environmental capabilities. According to the latest carbon emission index (CEI) data, HMM has been selected as the carrier with good carbon emission performance between the Far East and the west coast of the United States.

At the same time, in order to provide customers with more stable and quality service, HMM decided to launch an independent North American route-PSX(Pacific Southwest Express) in April 2023 to improve the route type and serve customers with a richer product structure.

The PSX route set sail from Shanghai, China, via Guangyang and Busan, South Korea, to Long Beach, USA, and is attached to TTI Terminal and Auckland TPC Terminal. A 14-day voyage service from Shanghai to Long Beach will be realized, providing more choices for the market and customers.

At the same time, TTI (Total Terminals International Long Beach), as the two major USWC shipping gateways recognized in the industry, has two of the best-operating container terminals in the West Coast ports of Long Beach and Seattle. The on-dock service of the terminal will also provide greater convenience for inland transshipment.

PSX will make its maiden voyage from Shanghai on April 6, 2023. The detailed information of the affiliation route and port is as follows:
