In order to standardize the operation order of the international freight forwarding industry, improve the industry statistics system, and master the industry operation and development information, according to the Ministry of Commerce's "International Freight Forwarding Enterprise Filing (Interim) Measures" (Ministry of Commerce Decree No. 9 of 2005) document, all international freight forwarding enterprises registered according to law before December 31, 2022 and filed by the competent department of commerce (legal person filing or branch filing) must be filed before April 30, 2023, completion of the 2022 international freight forwarding business filing work. Enterprises that fail to file within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up automatically. Enterprises that fail to report the filing data on time will affect their credit records and their business status will be regarded as "non-operational or unknown" when they are inquired by tax, industry and commerce, customs and overseas relevant agencies or customers ".
The specific procedures for filing business are as follows:
1. all international freight forwarding enterprises to http://iffe.mofcom.gov.cn/corp/notice through the government website of the Ministry of Commerce (see "Annex I" at the bottom left for the specific operation process) and fill in the business filing (Table 3) (the data to be filled in should be the business situation of enterprises in 2022).

1. The original option "Foreign Trade-Service International Freight Forwarding" in the platform application of the Ministry of Commerce has now been changed to "Foreign Trade-International Freight Forwarding Information Management Application" or "Foreign Trade-Service Trade Statistics Monitoring". Enter the application-business data filling-business filing-click "Add 2022".
2. To enter the platform of the Ministry of Commerce, please use IE browser. If it cannot be displayed normally, please press https://ecomp.mofcom.gov.cn/pages/login/ ie 1.html to set up the browser.
After the 2. saves and reports the enterprise data, please directly print the "International Freight Forwarding Enterprise Record Form (III)", sign and affix the official seal of the enterprise by the legal person, and submit it to our association.
