COSCO Sea Control's COSCO Shipping Container Lines, Orient Overseas's collection and delivery service accuracy rate, respectively, reached 77%, 71%, in the major liner companies were ranked first and second, for several consecutive months to maintain the industry-leading level.

It is noteworthy that COSCO Sea Control continues to promote the IOP project (Improvement of Operation Productivity), through the information interconnection between the container plate and the port plate, and uses the system to track the dynamics of the port and wharf, so as to improve the efficiency of fleet operation in the port and the accuracy of berth arrangement. Through the use of system and manual methods, the arrival rate and the efficiency of ship berthing operation will be continuously improved to shorten the time in the port, frees up more time for ships to sail at sea, and continuously improves fleet operating efficiency, route stability and ship schedule accuracy.
