In July alone, Evergreen Shipping achieved operating income of NT $23.42 billion (about 0.75 billion US dollars), down 62.7 per cent year-on-year and up 5.8 per cent month-on-month. It is worth noting that according to the latest Alphaliner data, among the top 100 global liner companies in terms of capacity, Japan's Ocean Network Shipping (ONE) surpassed EVA Shipping by 8297TEU and became the 6th liner company in the world again.
